Sneads has gone 9-1 against Malone recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Pirates will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Sneads is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7 runs per game this season.

The team relied heavily on Creed Whitworth, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-4. He has become a key player for Sneads: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 4-11 otherwise.
The home team had won the previous four meetings between Malone and Bethlehem, and Malone kept the tradition alive. The Tigers came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 7-4 on Tuesday.
Kris Smith made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in February. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Malone let Khalil Garrett and Hoke Harkrider run wild. Garrett scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4, while Harkrider scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Garrett is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
Sneads' win bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Malone, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Sneads has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.5 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Malone struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6.5 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Sneads' way against Malone in their previous matchup back in March, as Sneads made off with a 21-2 win. Do the Pirates have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
