Niceville has gone 9-1 against Choctawhatchee recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Niceville Eagles will head out to square off against the Choctawhatchee Indians at 6:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average, (Niceville: 2.9, Choctawhatchee: 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned.
On Thursday, Niceville needed a bit of extra time to put away Mosley. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Dolphins. The win was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on three straight.

Niceville got a great performance from Reilly Six as he tossed 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. Six has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Jackson Marquardt and Remington Crum did most of the damage at the plate: Marquardt scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-5, while Crum scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.
Niceville kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mosley only managed five hits.
Meanwhile, Choctawhatchee got themselves on the board against Rocky Bayou Christian on Monday, but Rocky Bayou Christian never followed suit. They were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over the Knights. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won three matches by ten runs or more so far this season.
Blake Peters looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched.
On the hitting side, Choctawhatchee got a massive performance out of Gant Folendore, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. Choctawhatchee is 3-1 when Folendore posts two or more runs, but 1-3 otherwise. Aaron Rowell was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
The victory got Choctawhatchee back to even at 4-4. As for Niceville, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-1.
Tuesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Niceville has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .436. However, it's not like Choctawhatchee struggles in that department as they've averaged .462. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Niceville's way against Choctawhatchee when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Niceville made off with a 12-3 victory. Does Niceville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Choctawhatchee turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
