They fell just short of Glenpool by a score of 11-10. While the Mustangs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Warriors 6-0 in the first period.
Jay not only won last Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 8, 2024. They put the hurt on Fairland with a sharp 10-2 win. The Bulldogs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Jay got a massive performance out of Leland Johnson, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance gave Johnson a new career-high in hits. Another player making a difference was Bradee Rutherford, who scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 1-for-4.
Jay's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Oologah, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
