Meanwhile, Temple Christian humbled the with a 53-16 victory. With Temple Christian ahead 34-2 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Angelica Diaz was nothing short of spectacular: she scored 27 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyrah Crocker, who scored 16 points.
Calvary Chapel Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season. As for Temple Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
