It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Woodcreek Timberwolves had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They breezed by Christian Brothers at home  to the tune of  50-14. Considering Woodcreek has won nine contests by more than 24  points this season,  Friday's blowout was nothing new.
  Hakeem Anderson was the offensive standout of the  match as he rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of  Austin Katapodis, who rushed for 20 yards and  a touchdown.
 Despite the loss, Christian Brothers still got an impressive performance from   Sammie Outlaw-Baldon, who picked up 158 receiving yards and  a touchdown. Outlaw-Baldon was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield for a catch that went for 67 yards.
 The  win was  the sixth in a row for Woodcreek, bringing their record for this year to 10-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 49.2 points per game. As for Christian Brothers, their defeat  ended a three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 7-5.
 Woodcreek will face off against Vanden at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Vanden is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. Christian Brothers does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
