Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama Wolfpack walked away with it. They breezed by Canisteo-Greenwood on the road to the tune of 50-16. The win was just business as usual for Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama, who after 11 games remain undefeated this season.
Tate Catanese continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 164 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground. Carter Brink did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 89 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama's win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Canisteo-Greenwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-4.
Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama is on the road again on Friday and play against Tioga at 3:00 p.m. on November 24th. Tioga is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Canisteo-Greenwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
