Pius X took down Nativity BVM 55-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Dashon Russell ran for 90 yards and caught two passes for 93 yards in the win.
Columbia Montour Vo-Tech made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 14,167 from 14,268. The improvement was the result of 48-6 victory over Carson Long Military Academy last week.
The Royals' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tre Jordan helped Pius X's passing attack out by catching two balls for 47 yards.
Aaron Savelli put up the best numbers through the air as Pius X bested Nativity BVM. He finished with four completions for 63 yards and two touchdowns.
David Oliver provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Warriors fell to Minersville. He completed 12 passes for 89 yards and also ran for 19 yards. Oliver's favorite target this week was Everest Williams, who caught five passes for 34 yards.
Pius X's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Royals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Savelli has thrown for 658 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Eric "E-Bo" Marbury has 32 catches for 403 yards. TJ Belle leads the league in rushing with 191 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Tony Klazas Jr's team takes on Bucktail. At the moment, Nativity BVM is in third, while the Bucks are in first.
Phil Stambaugh's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 55 points on Nativity BVM. Russell in the win.
