Noble has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge The MacArthur Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Noble pushed their score all the way to 34 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 42-34 to Midwest City.
The losing side was boosted by Joseph Bear, who threw for 391 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per attempt, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
Meanwhile, MacArthur took a serious blow against Elgin on Friday, falling 62-14. MacArthur was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 55-0.
Noble's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for MacArthur, their loss dropped their record down to 7-2.
Noble came up short against MacArthur in their previous meeting back in November of 2022, falling 59-54. Can Noble avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
