After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gilbert, Tolleson was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the Cibola Raiders as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

One reason for the win was Tolleson's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-12, 25-9.

Tolleson's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Cibola, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Tolleson will be playing in front of their home fans against Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cibola, they will challenge West Point at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
