North Pointe Prep put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season on Friday. They were fully in charge, breezing past ASU Prep 62-7. That result was just more of the same for North Pointe Prep, who also won the last time these teams played.
North Pointe Prep's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 54 points in the first half. Meanwhile, ASU Prep couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 54-0 heading into the break. The North Pointe Prep defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 7 and all but finishing the matchup. The win bumped their record up to 3-1. ASU Prep are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Next week North Pointe Prep take on Glendale Prep Academy at 7:00 PM. Glendale Prep Academy will need to watch out since North Pointe Prep have now posted big point totals in their last four contests. As for ASU Prep, they will face off against Parker.
