Hernandez was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 56 yards. Xavier Alvarez and his 121 yards on the ground were also a key factor in San Bernardino's win.
When it comes to explaining why Miller lost, one person who can't be blamed is Eric Copeland. Despite the final result, he rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown.
San Bernardino pushed their record up to 8-5 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 19.33 points. As for Miller, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
San Bernardino will head out on the road to face off against Walnut at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
