Falmouth came tearing into Thursday's contest with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Bonny Eagle Scots with a sharp 7-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Navigators also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.
Bonny Eagle's batters probably weren't too happy with Jacoby Porter, who pitched a no hitter (he gave up two walks). Porter has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Thomas Healey, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in June of 2024. Tyler Simmons was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
Falmouth's record is now 9-4-1. As for Bonny Eagle, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.
