On Friday, Cross County had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 26-14 win over McCrory.
The win got Cross County back to even at 3-3. The loss dropped McCrory's record to 4-2.
Next week Cross County take on Rector at 7:00 PM. Those two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for McCrory, they will face off against East Poinsett County. East Poinsett County are cruising in on a four-game winning streak.
