After flying high against Pineville  last Wednesday, Cumberland Gap came back down to earth. The Panthers took  a  12-9 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clinton Dragons on Tuesday. The Panthers have struggled against the Dragons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

  Hudson Harris made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went 4-for-5 with two  runs, two  doubles,  and two  RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Cumberland Gap's success: when he posts  at  least two  runs the team is 5-2 (and 6-14 when he doesn't).
