On Friday, Service are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against West at 4:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Service took care of business in their home opener. They were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Wasilla 37-0.
Meanwhile, West couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 7-32 punch to the gut against Bartlett last week. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but West was outplayed in the second half.
Service's win lifted them to 1-0 while West's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Service can add another positive mark to their record or if West can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Service's step.
