Susquehanna Township's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from TD Evans, who threw for 215 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Susquehanna Township also got a significant boost from Dorian Smith, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 160 yards.
Despite the loss, Gettysburg still got an impressive performance from Brady Heiser, who rushed for 48 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 171 yards and two touchdowns. Preston Burnett was another key contributor, rushing for 148 yards.
Susquehanna Township has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Gettysburg, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.
Susquehanna Township will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Manheim Central at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th.
