Linfield Christian got a great performance from Alexa Ojeda as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts Ojeda has posted since back in April of 2024.
At the plate, Celeste Smith was a standout: she scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Charli Calas, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, Hannah Demoff was incredible, firing off two home runs, nine RBI, and three runs while going 4-for-5. Callie Tager was another key player, scoring three runs while going 3-for-5.
Linfield Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Ontario Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
Tuesday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Linfield Christian has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .499. However, it's not like Ontario Christian struggles in that department as they've averaged .483. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
