While Hingham's victory against Norwell wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Harbormen sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-8 win over the Clippers on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Harbormen in their matchups with the Clippers: they've now won five in a row.

Hingham's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.7 runs over those games. As for Norwell, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hingham will face off against Whitman-Hanson Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Norwell, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cohasset at 4:00 p.m. on the 28th.
