Dorchester Academy had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They took their game against King's Academy by a conclusive 32-6 score. Dorchester Academy was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast. This was the first game for both teams, giving Dorchester Academy a 1-0 record and starting King's Academy off at 0-1.
Next week, Dorchester Academy take on Carolina Academy at 7:30 PM. As for King's Academy, they will face of against Florence Christian.
