Basketball Recap: Chesterton Academy Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Chesterton Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They managed a 59-53 win over Tenor on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for Chesterton Academy in their matchups with Tenor: they've now won three in a row.

Tenor's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Shane Emanuel, who posted 12 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Emanuel is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last 11 games he's played. Anton Bounds was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and 11 boards.

Chesterton Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Tenor, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
