The Battle Ground Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their tenth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a rough 68-24 loss at the hands of Skyview. Battle Ground was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-17.
Battle Ground dropped their record down to 3-16 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Skyview, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Battle Ground will take on the Papermakers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Camas knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five contests -- so hopefully the Tigers like a good challenge. As for Skyview, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Union has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
