Anderson had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 29-22 victory over the Big Walnut Golden Eagles on Friday. The Raptors' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Anderson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cooper Kathman, who picked up 118 receiving yards and one score. That's the most receiving yards Kathman has posted since back in November of 2024. Jordan Davis also helped with two TDs in total.

Anderson didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Antwoine Higgins Jr. and Brayden Black.

Anderson's victory bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Big Walnut, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-2.

Coming up, Anderson will take on Avon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Raptors 13.6, the Eagles 12) so any points scored will be well earned. Big Walnut does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
