Pahrump Valley won the last time they faced Mohave and things went their way on Friday too. The Pahrump Valley Trojans put the hurt on the Mohave Thunderbirds with a sharp 16-4 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

Logan Donnelly was a standout: he scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-3. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Tony Whitney was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing Three bases. while going 2-for-4.

Pahrump Valley was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .345 or higher in three consecutive games.

Pahrump Valley is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 8-1-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. Mohave now has a losing record of 4-5.
