St. Joseph put the finishing touches on their eighth blowout victory of the season on Monday. They claimed a resounding 56-16 win over Westhill on the road. Given St. Joseph's advantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut basketball rankings (they are ranked eighth, while Westhill is ranked 149th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Wilton scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 59-34 margin over Bridgeport Central. Perhaps unsurprisinly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

St. Joseph beat Wilton 47-39 when the teams last played back in January of 2023. Will St. Joseph repeat their success, or does Wilton have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
