The Sapulpa Chieftains can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They claimed a resounding 73-24 victory over Edison at home. The win was familiar territory for Sapulpa who now have five in a row.
Tyla Heard continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 13 points along with seven steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Taylor Bilby, who scored 14 points.
Sapulpa has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for Edison, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.
