The Fayette Falcons will head out on the road to face off against the Glasgow Yellowjackets at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Fayette focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 28 on Tuesday.
Fayette had to start their season on the road , and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a serious blow against Harrisburg, falling 76-30. Fayette was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-18.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Tristan Swanson, who scored 8 points.
Meanwhile, even though Brunswick scored an imposing 58 points last Tuesday, Glasgow still came out on top. Glasgow put the hurt on Brunswick with a sharp 80-58 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Glasgow.
Fayette's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Glasgow, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.
Fayette might still be hurting after the 63-41 loss they got from Glasgow when the teams last played back in December of 2021. Can Fayette avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
