Softball Recap: Lane Has No Trouble Against John Adams

Lane won the last time they faced John Adams and things went their way on Friday too. The Knights were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Spartans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Lane now has a winning record of 2-1. As for John Adams, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lane will venture away from home to square off against Bayside at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Commodores will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for John Adams, they will head out on the road to face off against Flushing at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Red Devils have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11 runs per game on average), something the Spartans will no doubt try to take advantage of.
