If the Tecumseh Arrows were feeling good off their 54-24 takedown of the Kenton Ridge Cougars last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Tecumseh took a serious blow against Urbana on Wednesday, falling 74-38. Tecumseh was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-20.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Urbana to victory, but perhaps none more so than Peyton Mounce, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. Mounce hasn't dropped below two blocks for 20 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexandra Dixon, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Tecumseh's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Urbana, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-5.
Tecumseh does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Urbana also has no future games currently scheduled.
