Softball Recap: Biddeford Beats Noble for Their Third Straight Win

Biddeford waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Noble Knights. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Eliza Doyon and Jaylah Trottier did most of the damage at the plate: Doyon went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two RBI, and one double, while Trottier went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI. That's the most runs Doyon has posted since back in May of 2024. Alivia Aberle also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Biddeford's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Noble, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-12.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Biddeford is set to face off against their familiar foe Massabesic at 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Noble will challenge rival Falmouth at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
