Cahokia recap Oct. 9, 2012
Columbia extended the longest winning streak in Cahokia this week by beating Central, 49-13. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
Columbia took down the Cougars 49-13 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Central's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cougars feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Austin Rickhoff has thrown for 1576 yards and 17 touchdowns this season, while Jacob Timmerman has 45 catches for 769 yards. Cameron Voss leads the league in rushing with 358 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Freeburg takes on Dupo. The Midgets are in third place, while the Tigers are in second place.
Scott Horner's team led Cahokia in scoring this week after putting up 49 points on Central.
