Meanwhile, Stanberry had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took their matchup on the road on Thursday with ease, bagging a 73-33 win over Northeast Nodaway. Stanberry might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three contests by 21 points or more this season.
Albany's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Stanberry, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
Albany didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Stanberry in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 46-40 victory.
