While First Colonial's victory against Landstown wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Patriots skirted past the Eagles 11-10. The win continues a trend for the Patriots in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won nine in a row.

Lucy Domozick and Tori Rodriguez did most of the damage at the plate: Domozick got on base in three of her six plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI, while Rodriguez went 3-for-5 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. That's the most RBI Rodriguez has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Maura Haesler, who got on base in four of her six plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: First Colonial kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are 6-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

First Colonial's record is now 7-4. As for Landstown, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

First Colonial wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 6-2 victory against Tallwood on the 24th. As for Landstown, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Princess Anne on the 24th.
