Mifflin County scaled the state rankings by moving to 148 from 174 this week, the biggest jump in Mid-Penn - Commonwealth. The Huskies climbed the ranks as a result of beating State College 27-26.
Chambersburg fell to Lower Dauphin 21-3 last week, the largest margin of any game.
JAHAD NEIBAUER put up the best numbers in passing as Central Dauphin East defeated Governor Mifflin. He finished with 13 completions for 214 yards and 1 touchdown. NEIBAUER's favorite target this week was RAEKWON PURDY, who caught 7 passes for 83 yards.
The Little Lions' pat irwin and john weakland have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback irwin has thrown for 1,460 yards this season, while weakland has 35 catches for 509 yards. The Panthers' CHASE EDMONDS leads the league in rushing yards with 1,984.
In 161 carries irwin has accumulated 900 yard this year.
Mifflin County and State College played the closest game in the league this week, with Mifflin County eventually emerging with a 27-26 victory. Heath Hidlay ran for 155 yards during the win.
