 Otis' loss  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 4-1. As for Akron, their victory was  their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 5-0.
 Otis will be staying on the road  on Tuesday to face off against Weldon Valley at 3:00  p.m. Otis' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8  runs per game  this season, so Weldon Valley's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Akron, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome Stratton at 3:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
