There's no place like home for Good Hope, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the Corner Yellow Jackets by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The Raiders were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Yellow Jackets, so the Raiders were just returning the favor.

While Good Hope won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 26-24.

Leading Good Hope to victory were Molly Johnson and Calleigh Granger. Johnson had ten digs and two aces, while Granger had three digs. Isabella Guzman also deserves some recognition as she had her first blocks of the season.

Good Hope's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Corner, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

Good Hope didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Guntersville on the 8th. As for Corner, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Hayden on the 4th.
