After low-scoring totals in their previous three matchup, Staunton brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They never let the Rockbridge County Wildcats get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Wednesday. Considering Staunton have won nine games by more than three goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

With the win, Staunton broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-4. As for Rockbridge County, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Staunton will head out to take on Spotswood at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rockbridge County, they will venture away from home to face off against Broadway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
