Jo Jo Tarver Drops League-Best Effort on Friday
Starting off the list is North Rowan's Jo Jo Tarver, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Tarver's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 109 rushing yards.
