Lutheran South Academy had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Fort Bend Christian Academy Eagles. The Pioneers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 19 games by six runs or more this season.

Lutheran South Academy's victory bumped their record up to 29-2-1. As for Fort Bend Christian Academy, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 6-12.
