Cypress Woods Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to Darien Rogers
Cypress Woods picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Darien Rogers. Rogers rushed for 86 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 242 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Cypress Woods' win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Rogers and Cypress Woods will take on Cypress Ranch at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Alex Spence Myers produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Bridgeland to the win on Friday. Spence Myers rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 92-yard run.
Bridgeland pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Spence Myers and Bridgeland will face off against Cypress Lakes at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Aiden Teran Delivers Best Effort of Season
Aiden Teran produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Langham Creek to the win on Saturday. Teran picked up 155 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a rushing score. He has become a key player for Langham Creek: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least 100 receiving yards, but 1-2 otherwise.
Langham Creek moved to 4-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. Teran and Langham Creek will welcome Waller at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
