After soaring to 41 points the game before, Greenfield faltered in their match on Friday. They have to be aching after a bruising 7-34 defeat to Lake County on Friday. Greenfield were down by 0-22 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Greenfield's loss pushes them down to 6-4. Lake County's victory brought them up to 9-1.
Greenfield will square off against West Carroll at 7:00 PM next week. Lake County will look to defend their home turf next week against Trinity Christian Academy at 7:00 PM. Lake County will be strutting in after a win while Trinity Christian Academy will be stumbling in from a defeat.
