Whiteland's game  on Saturday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Tuesday. They never let the Martinsville Artesians get on the board and left with  a   7-0  victory. Considering Whiteland have won eight games by more than two  goals this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
Their offense was hitting Martinsville from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.  Madison Fleury led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.
Whiteland has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record  this season. The  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored 23  goals over those four  contests. As for Martinsville,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-11.
 Looking ahead, Whiteland will be playing in front of their home fans against Bedford North Lawrence  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Martinsville, they will venture away from home to  challenge Columbus East  at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
