Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Myleigh Adkins stepped things up a notch to give Logan the 'W'. Adkins fired off two home runs, eight RBI, and three runs while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Looking ahead, Adkins and Logan will host Johnson Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats were victorious the last time they faced the Golden Eagles, a win that might not have happened without Adkins: she struck out 17 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits.
