 Indian Creek's defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 1-2. As for Buckeye Local, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
 Indian Creek took their  victory against Buckeye Local  when the teams last played  back in April of 2021 by a conclusive  18-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Indian Creek since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
