Hershey took down Kimball 48-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Dundy County-Stratton made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 13,461 from 14,223. The improvement was the result of 18-0 victory over Perkins County last week.
Drew McClellen was the best wideout in C2 District 9 this week as St. Patrick's defeated Bridgeport. Mark Mayfield helped St. Patrick's' passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 31 yards.
Taylor Kubik put up the best numbers through the air as Cambridge fell to Decatur Community. He had a total of 5 completions for 55 yards. Kubik's favorite target this week was Jake Witte, who caught 2 passes for 26 yards.
Collin Pieper was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 23 carries, he ran for 109 yards as the Irish topped the Bulldogs. Alex Harms also contributed to the rushing game with 88 yards on the ground.
Taten Banzhaf made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Trojans fell to the Red Devils. The 6-foot-3 senior.
Harms provided a threat through the air and on the ground as St. Patrick's defeated Bridgeport.
6-foot-1 quarterback Kubik of Cambridge is the league leader in passing yards this season with 211. He has also thrown 4 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is McClellen. The St. Patrick's star has 4 catches for 133 yards.
The Panthers led the league in scoring this week after putting up 48 points on the Longhorns.
