Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vianney). They put the hurt on Miller Career Academy with a sharp 27-0 victory on Wednesday. Considering the Golden Griffins have won 14 matches by more than eight runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Vianney pushed their record up to 34-1 with the win, which was their 16th straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Miller Career Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Vianney didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 27-0 win against Vashon on the 21st. Miller Career Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
