St. Edward scaled the state rankings by moving to 142 from 185 this week, the biggest jump in Suburban Christian - Blue. The Green Wave were able to move up by beating Aurora Central Catholic 35-21.
Montini extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Marmion Academy, 27-3. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Marian Central Catholic's Billy Bahl and Brett Olson have proven to be a lethal combination. Bahl has thrown for 1,026 yards this season, while Olson, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 20 catches for 435 yards. St. Edward's Davontae Elam leads the league in rushing yards with 390.
An important game coming up in Suburban Christian - Blue this week will be when Aurora Christian takes on the Cadets. The Eagles are currently in second, while Marmion Academy is in third.
The Hurricanes took down IC Catholic Prep 49-17 last week, the largest margin of any game.
