The Owen Warhorses just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Brevard Blue Devils  at 7:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Owen knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Brevard likes a good challenge.

  Jack Wesley Burk continued  his habit of posting crazy stat lines,  going 7 of 12  on his way to 15 points and eight  steals. What's more,  he also racked up two  blocks, the most he's  had since back in January of 2024.  Jackson Warnock was another key player,  going 6 for 10  on his way to 12  points in addition to five  boards and five  steals.
 Meanwhile, Brevard was just a bucket shy of victory  on Friday and fell  47-46 to R-S Central.
 Owen's win was  their fourth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 7-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.8 points. As for Brevard, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
 Everything went Owen's way against Brevard in their previous matchup  back in December of 2024, as Owen made off with  a  67-47 victory. In that  game, Owen amassed a halftime lead of  37-15, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Wednesday.
