Horseshoe Bend and Wilder played the most contested game in 1A Long Pin (8 Man) this week, with Horseshoe Bend eventually emerging with a 50-46 victory.
Salmon River took down Cascade 46-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Wildcats' dynamic duo of Aj Castellanos and ISAAC LOPEZ proved to be unstoppable against the Mustangs, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Castellanos threw for 106 yards and 2 touchdowns and LOPEZ had 44 yards receiving. Caulen Michael helped Wilder's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 40 yards.
Wilder's dynamic duo of Castellanos and LOPEZ proved tough for Horseshoe Bend to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
LOPEZ was the best receiver in the league this week as Kyle Dalsoglio's team fell to Scott Christensen's team.
Castellanos put up the best numbers in passing as the Wildcats fell to the Mustangs.
David Campos was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 155 yards on 24 carries as Garden Valley lost to Horseshoe Bend. JD Fuhriman also contributed to the rushing game with 91 yards on the ground.
The Mustangs are in second place, while Council is in fifth place.
Horseshoe Bend led 1A Long Pin (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 50 points on the Wildcats.
