The Classical Academy Caimans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 11th straight loss. They were outmatched by Army-Navy at home and fell 48-17. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Classical Academy has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Classical Academy saw an underclassman step up: Jasper Kim scored 11 points.
Classical Academy's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 1-11. As for Army-Navy, their victory ended a 15-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Classical Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Chula Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Army-Navy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Mission Vista at 1:30 p.m. on December 16th. Mission Vista is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
