The Reedy Lions will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Frisco Raccoons at 7:15 p.m. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Reedy earned a 59-51 win over the Mustangs. The win made it back-to-back wins for Reedy.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reedy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rylen Mitro, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jackson Langford, who scored 16 points.
Meanwhile, Frisco beat the Wolverines 53-42 on Friday. Given Frisco's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 257th, while the Wolverines are ranked 623rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Reedy's victory bumped their record up to 12-17. As for Frisco, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
Reedy came up short against the Raccoons in their previous meeting back in January, falling 68-55. Will Reedy have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other basketball content.
